Who operates MyLocalDeals

MyLocalDeals is a brand and service operated by New Generation HVAC LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. In these terms, “MyLocalDeals,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to New Generation HVAC LLC.

Accepting these terms

By using the site, submitting business information or purchasing a placement, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not submit an order.

The campaign, edition, market, postal coverage, category, placement, price, selected services, deadlines and target timing shown before checkout are part of these terms for that purchase. Those order details control if they conflict with a general description on another page.

Placements and category availability

• A placement is confirmed only after the one-time payment succeeds. A temporary hold is not a completed purchase.
• Availability can change while you are viewing a campaign. We may cancel and refund an order if inventory was unavailable because of an error or overlapping checkout.
• Where category exclusivity is enabled, it applies only to the campaign or edition identified in your order. It does not reserve the category permanently or in future campaigns.
• Anything clearly labeled as an example, preview or demonstration is not an offer for sale.

Price and payment

• The price and total for your selected placement are shown before payment and charged in US dollars.
• Stripe processes card payments. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• You authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout. A placement does not create a subscription or recurring charge.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for any taxes that legally apply to your purchase.

Campaign funding, production and distribution

• We do not print an underfunded campaign.
• If a campaign does not reach its production threshold, we may extend it or roll the placement into another campaign in the same market. The options and refund path are described in Rollover and refunds.
• Published mail dates are targets unless your order expressly says otherwise. Production, printer, postal, weather, carrier and other events outside our reasonable control can change timing.
• Any audience or household quantity that applies to your order comes from that campaign's stated route snapshot. EDDM delivery is to the selected carrier routes, not to a named household list.

Your offer, creative and approval

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, offer, pricing, expiration date, exclusions and required disclosures.
• You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for every name, logo, image, trademark, testimonial, text and other asset you provide.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to edit, reproduce, display, print and distribute those materials only as needed to prepare, approve, fulfill and document your campaign.
• Where a proof is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it. Approval authorizes production of that version.
• We may reject or require changes to material that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unsafe, discriminatory, inconsistent with campaign specifications or incompatible with category exclusivity.

Campaign reporting

Where a campaign includes response reporting, we may report supported events such as QR visits, offer-page views and clicks on configured actions. These are event counts, not verified customers, calls, store visits, redemptions or sales. We do not promise any minimum response, lead, conversion or revenue.

Cancellations, rollover and refunds

Our Rollover and refunds policy is incorporated into these terms. Contact us before the campaign goes to print if you need to cancel or change a placement. Once production or postage has been committed, cancellation and refund options may be limited except where required by law or where we fail to provide the purchased service.

Acceptable site use

• Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information or use automated means to scrape or resell campaign inventory.
• The MyLocalDeals name, site, logos, layouts and original content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
• Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without implied warranties beyond the commitments stated in your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for a claim connected to a placement will not exceed the amount you paid for that placement. Nothing here limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use. The version displayed when you complete a purchase governs that purchase and will not be changed retroactively. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
