Who is responsible for your information

MyLocalDeals is a brand and service operated by New Generation HVAC LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company. New Generation HVAC LLC is responsible for the information covered by this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers MyLocalDeals public websites, contact and interest forms, placement checkout, private advertiser onboarding, campaign communications and digital offer or response pages. A third-party service has its own privacy policy when you leave our service or interact with it directly.

Information businesses and contacts provide

• Business name, category, address or service area, website, public phone and other listing details.
• Contact name, email, phone and the messages or notes you send us.
• The market, campaign, category, placement and service level you request or purchase.
• Offers, logos, images, artwork, brand guidance, response destinations and proof approvals.
• Order, invoice, payment status, refund and transaction records. Stripe handles card details; our systems receive transaction identifiers and status, not your full card number.
• Information needed to verify access to a private placement or advertiser workflow.

Public forms may also include the page submitted from, referring page, campaign tags in the URL and form-completion timing. We use these details to understand the request and reduce automated spam.

Information processed when you use the service

• Our hosting and security systems may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time, and error or security events.
• The checkout uses browser session storage to keep temporary hold and order identifiers while you finish or resume that checkout. Those values are removed after completion, release or expiration.
• Private advertiser and administrative areas use necessary session cookies for authentication and security. We do not use those cookies for advertising.
• Pages load brand fonts from Google Fonts. Some coverage pages also load map tiles from Mapbox. Those providers receive the technical request information needed to deliver their resources and apply their own privacy terms.

We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising trackers on the public site.

Payments

Stripe processes online card payments for MyLocalDeals. Stripe may collect payment, device, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its ownprivacy policy. We use the resulting payment status and identifiers to confirm orders, issue receipts, handle refunds, keep financial records and resolve disputes.

Campaign recipients and response events

USPS Every Door Direct Mail distributes to selected carrier routes without a named household mailing list. We do not create an account for a resident simply because a campaign is delivered to that route.

Where response reporting is active, we may count QR visits, offer-page views and clicks on configured actions. We report these as event totals. We may process limited technical information to prevent duplicate or abusive activity, but we do not use these events to build an advertising profile of a household or claim that an event became a customer, call, visit or sale.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and determine interest in a market or category.
• To create holds and orders, process payment, provide receipts and administer refunds.
• To prepare creative, obtain approval, produce and distribute campaigns.
• To provide private advertiser access, campaign updates and support.
• To report supported campaign events and improve service reliability.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, enforce our terms, comply with law and maintain accounting or tax records.

We do not sell or rent personal information, share advertiser contact lists with other participating businesses, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep information

• Interest and contact requests are kept while we follow up, until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer useful for the market requested.
• Customer, order, payment, campaign and approval records are kept while needed to provide the service and afterwards for legitimate accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
• Creative assets are kept while needed for the campaign, reasonable reuse requested by the advertiser, records of approval or legal claims.
• Technical and security information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

We may retain a limited record when deletion is not legally permitted or would interfere with a completed transaction, dispute, security investigation or required financial record.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, or ask us to stop non-essential follow-up. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. These requests do not affect operational messages about an active order or records we must retain.

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep private placement links and verification codes confidential and tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

Children

MyLocalDeals is a business advertising service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects current advertisers.
